Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
All items are final sale due to the fact that they are custom made orders. You may submit a request for a return or exchange only if the item is wrong or defective. Otherwise the item is final sale.
The return must be received by Prelude Nation within 30 days of receiving the item. The returned item must have its original tags attached. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. All returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per package unless the item is defective or you received a wrong order. After receiving the returned item, Prelude Nation will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $15.00 restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is given, it takes 48 hours to post back to the account. Prelude Nation will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as not deliverable and returned to Prelude Nation . Prelude Nation will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
Exchanges
Length of exchange process depends on how it takes for us to receive your package, use your tracking in order to know when your package has been delivered to us. To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the procedures listed below.
