INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Your Shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. All packages shipping internationally cannot exceed 4 lbs.

 

 

International Shipping fees:

1-item $10

2-item $15

3-item $20

We only ship within the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, France, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland and New Zealand.  We apologize for the inconvenience on this we are working to set up more international destinations within the next 1-2 months.

Customer has to pay countries duties and customs fees.  Usually takes 5-15 business days to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse and will be shipped USPS first-class. 

 

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:

• Martin Luther King’s Birthday

• Presidents’ Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• The Day After Thanksgiving Day

Return & Exchanges:

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by Prelude Nation within 30 days of purchase. 
The returned item must have its original tags attached. 
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. 
All returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per package.

REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item,  The Prelude Nation will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $15.00 restocking fee. The Prelude Nation will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as non-deliverable and returned to Prelude Nation (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). Prelude Nation will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed below. 

PRELUDENATION RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please mail item(s) along with short note with correction to be made to the same address it came from.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

Credit Card will not work at Checkout:

 

You can always use PayPal.  Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customer moving to a new address that does not match up with old address where he or she had the bank or credit card. 

I Haven't received my order, what should I do? 

Don't panic! sometimes some orders take longer to ship than others depending on the items you have ordered. Since many of our items are made to order, sometimes during busier times of the year it will take longer to have your order shipped out. During these times the wait time can be an average of 3 weeks. All you have to do is send us an email to contact@thepreludenation.com with the name your order was under and your concern, and we can update you on the status of your order.

Order Delays

Please note:  Sometimes we can experience delays causing a delay in shipment. By pressing checkout on the checkout page, you acknowledge that delays in delivery of your order are possible and in the case of an order delay you will receive your item, just may take longer than expected. Due to the fact that all items are made to order and each item is unique, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
